How can I set up shipping for TikTok Shop US?
Once you’ve successfully connected your TikTok shop to Printify, the next important step is configuring the shipping options for your store.
Step 1: Set up a pick-up and return warehouse
During the setup process, TikTok will automatically suggest using your business profile address as both the shipping and return warehouse address. However, we recommend entering the Printify address provided below instead.
- In the TikTok Shop Seller Center navigate to Orders → Fulfillment settings, and click Set up next to Warehouse Settings to begin the configuration.
- Next to All pickup warehouses, click Add warehouse → United States.
- Enter the following address:
- Warehouse Name: Add any name (e.g., “Printify products”)
- Contact Person: Add your name
- Phone Number: Add your phone number
- Address: 4005 Campus Drive Fort Worth, TX 76119
- Shipping regions: select “United States” (all states)
- Save the changes.
- Next, set up a Return Warehouse using the same address.

Step 2: Select “Seller shipping” in your settings
Once the addresses are set up, TikTok will automatically enable TikTok Shipping by default. To ensure your orders are imported to Printify, you’ll need to manually switch this setting to Seller Shipping.
- Navigate to Orders → Shipping settings, and select the Delivery settings tab.
- Click on Switch option and select Seller Shipping as your preferred method.
- Save your changes by clicking Switch.
Step 3: Create a shipping template
When you switch to Seller Shipping, TikTok will prompt you to set up a shipping template. To begin, click Create Template and follow the setup instructions.
You’ll need to choose one of the two setup options: free shipping or quantity-based shipping. Here’s a comparison:

- Navigate to Orders → Shipping settings → Delivery settings.
- Click Create template, give the template a name, and select the "Ship from" warehouse.
- Choose the quantity-based rate model.
- Next, go to "Standard Shipping" and input 0.00 USD as the flat rate.
- Click Edit to add Hawaii and Alaska to the Delivery region.
- Click Submit to save the template.
Quantity-based shipping
- Navigate to Orders → Shipping settings → Delivery settings.
- Click Create template, give the template a name, and select the "Ship from" warehouse.
- Choose the quantity-based rate model.
- Next, go to "Standard Shipping" and click on Use price conditions.
- Enter shipping prices based on product quantity. Calculate the shipping cost for each quantity range. For example, the shipping cost for one t-shirt from Dimona Tee within the United States is 4.75 USD (+ each additional shirt is 2.40 USD).
- Add as many ranges as necessary (5-10 ranges).
- Click Edit to add Hawaii and Alaska to the Delivery region.
- Finally, click Submit to save the template.
