How can I set up shipping for TikTok Shop US?
Once you’ve successfully connected your TikTok shop to Printify, the next important step is configuring the shipping options for your store.
Step 1: Set up a pick-up and return warehouse
- In the TikTok Shop Seller Center, navigate to “My Account” → “Account Settings” → “Warehouse Settings” or click here.
- Under “Pickup Warehouse”, click Add warehouse.
- Enter the following address:
- Warehouse Name: Add any name (e.g., “Printify products”)
- Contact Person: Add your name
- Phone Number: Add your phone number
- Address: 4005 Campus Drive Fort Worth, TX 76119
- Shipping regions: select “United States” (all states)
- Save the changes.
- Next, set up a Return Warehouse using the same address. Click Add warehouse, select “Same as the warehouse address below”, and save the changes.
Tip
To minimize the impact on your business, consider having non-defective products returned to your address, allowing you to either resell them or use them for social media campaigns, such as giveaways. You can set this up by using your home or business address as the return warehouse address in TikTok.
Step 2: Create a shipping template
In this step, you’ll need to create a shipping template and set up your shipping rates. You’ll need to choose one of the two setup options: free shipping or quantity-based shipping. Here’s a comparison:
Free shipping | Quantity-based shipping |
---|---|

Free shipping
- Navigate to “Orders” → “Shipping Templates” or simply click here.
- Select “Create” and give the template a name, like “T-shirts”.
- Choose the quantity-based rate model.
- Next, select “Standard” and input 0.00 USD as the flat rate.
- Create a new delivery region that includes Alaska and Hawaii, and enter a flat rate of 0.00 USD for that region as well, as shown in the image below.
- Click Submit to save the template.
Note
When creating a product in Printify, be sure to check the shipping cost column in the pricing table and include that amount in the retail price of the product.
Quantity-based shipping
Tip
Take advantage of TikTok’s Co-Funded Free Shipping program: In 2024, your first 500 orders valued USD 30 or more will receive up to USD 6 in shipping reimbursement, then USD 2 per order after that. Most TikTok sellers are automatically enrolled but can opt out. Learn more here.
- Navigate to “Orders” → “Shipping Templates” or simply click here.
- Select “Create” and give the template a name, like “Dimona Tee t-shirts”.
- Choose the quantity-based rate model.
- Next, select the “Standard” option and click on “Use price conditions”.
- Enter shipping prices based on product quantity. Calculate the shipping cost for each quantity range. For example, the shipping cost for one t-shirt from Dimona Tee within the United States is 4.75 USD (+ each additional shirt is 2.40 USD).
- Add as many ranges as necessary (5-10 ranges).
- Next, create a new delivery region that includes Alaska and Hawaii.
- Repeat the previous process and enter the same quantity-based rates, as shown in the image below.
- Finally, click Submit to save the template.
Step 3: Select “Seller shipping” in your settings
Finally, go to “Orders” → “Shipping Options” and select “Seller shipping” to guarantee that your orders will be imported to Printify.
Note
It’s essential to complete this step, as otherwise, your TikTok orders won’t be imported.
All set! Once you’ve completed all these steps, your TikTok shop is officially ready to sell. As the next step, create and publish products from your Printify account.
