How do I upgrade my order to Priority Shipping?
Orders using Standard Shipping can be upgraded to Priority Shipping for an additional charge, provided the selected Print Provider offers this option and the order has not yet been marked as “Ready to ship”. For more details, please refer to the availability table below.
To request a shipping upgrade
- Go to Orders and open the order you want to upgrade.
- Click Upgrade shipping.
- Review the cost difference between your current shipping method and Priority Shipping.
- Confirm and submit your request.
- Follow the request status in the banner on the Orders page. Once the upgrade is confirmed, you’ll also receive an email.
In some cases, the estimated upgrade costs are not calculated automatically, so our team will get back to you with further details.
If the order has not yet been sent to production, click Edit order and select the Priority Shipping option:
How do I request a shipping method upgrade with Richie?
- Log in to your Printify account.
- On the left side, click the chat icon to start a conversation with Richie and let it know what you need, for example: “Upgrade the shipping method for order 12345.678.”
- Follow Richie’s prompts to confirm the shipping upgrade.
- Richie confirms once your request is submitted. You can follow its status on the Orders page or ask Richie by sharing your order number.

*Due to technical limitations, orders from these Print Providers must be submitted as Priority orders. It is not possible to upgrade the shipping method once the order is in production.
