How can I avoid address issues with my TikTok Shop US orders?
When selling Printify products on TikTok Shop US, it’s essential to select the “Shipping by seller” option in your TikTok Shop US shipping settings, as shown below. This is required regardless of the shipping setup method you choose to use (free shipping or quantity-based rates).
If you don’t select “Seller shipping,” the default shipping settings (“TikTok shipping”) will apply. This can result in one of the following order issues:
- Order tracking not importing from Printify to TikTok
- Orders failing to import from TikTok to Printify
- Orders importing to Printify with redacted address information, as shown below:
