How can I avoid address issues with my TikTok Shop US orders?
When selling Printify products on TikTok Shop US, it’s essential to select the “Seller shipping” option in your TikTok Shop US shipping settings. This has to be done for each warehouse you'll use for Printify products.
If you don’t select “Seller shipping,” the default shipping settings (“TikTok shipping”) will apply. This can result in one of the following order issues:
- Order tracking not importing from Printify to TikTok
- Orders failing to import from TikTok to Printify
- Orders importing to Printify with redacted address information.
Make sure to select the appropriate shipping option to avoid these problems.
To update the shipping settings to Seller shipping
- In the TikTok Shop Seller Center navigate to Orders → Shipping settings, and select the Delivery settings tab.
- Select the warehouse you'll use for your Printify products
- Click on Switch option and select Seller Shipping as your preferred method.
- Save your changes by clicking Switch.
