Which products are suitable for TikTok Shop US?

By default, TikTok Shop US requires orders to be shipped within 3 business days and delivered within 6 business days of creation.

Since Printify products are printed on demand, production times can sometimes exceed this limit due to factors such as product type and the Print Provider’s production speed. As a result, not all Printify products are suitable for TikTok Shop.

To find products suitable for TikTok Shop US

  1. In the Printify Catalog, select a product subcategory you wish to browse, such as women’s sweatshirts.
  2. Toggle the TikTok eligible only option to display products and variants that meet eligibility requirements.
  3. Select a product and Print Provider from the available options, then continue with the usual steps to add your design.
Note
The toggle becomes visible only after a TikTok store has been connected. When the toggle is enabled, the setting automatically transfers to the Product Creator, displaying only TikTok-eligible variants there.

What happens if I choose a product that is not eligible for TikTok Shop?

Selecting an ineligible product or variant may delay fulfillment or delivery beyond TikTok’s requirements, potentially resulting in violation points. While these points expire after 90 days, accumulating too many can result in your TikTok Shop being permanently closed.

Tip
If a customer orders both eligible and ineligible products, the order will follow standard delivery times, which may exceed TikTok Shop’s requirements. To avoid issues, sell only TikTok-eligible products.

Orders not shipped within 7 business days are automatically canceled, and customers are refunded. The order date is not included in handling time calculations.

Ineligible products in your Printify account are marked with a “Potential delay” label. To address this, switch to recommended alternatives or reconsider these items. To see all products with this label, just choose the Requires action filter under My Products, and then select the Potential delay filter:
