Which products are suitable for TikTok Shop US?

By default, sellers on TikTok Shop US are required to ship orders within 3 business days of order creation.

However, since Printify products are printed on demand, production times may sometimes exceed 3 business days, depending on factors such as product type and the Print Provider’s production speed. As a result, not all Printify products are suitable for sale on TikTok Shop.

TikTok Ready catalog

To ensure your orders meet TikTok’s handling time requirements, we’ve created a TikTok Ready catalog. This catalog contains products that are typically fulfilled within the timeframe specified by TikTok when used with our TikTok Shop US integration.

Note

We strongly recommend publishing products only from our TikTok Ready catalog. Selling products with longer fulfillment times may result in the closure of your TikTok shop.

TikTok eligibility toggle

After connecting a TikTok store, you’ll see a TikTok eligibility toggle on all subcategory and product pages in our Catalog. This toggle serves as a filter, removing TikTok-ineligible products and variants from the available Print Provider selection.

Note

When the toggle is enabled, the setting automatically transfers to the Product Creator, displaying only TikTok-eligible variants there.

What happens if I choose a product that is not eligible for TikTok Shop?

If you choose a product (or a product variant) that isn’t eligible for sale on TikTok, it may take longer than TikTok’s required 3 business days to fulfill the customer’s order. This delay can result in TikTok violation points, and the accumulation of these points may lead to the permanent closure of your TikTok shop.

Additionally, if a customer purchases both a TikTok-eligible product and an ineligible product, the order will follow standard delivery times, which may exceed TikTok Shop’s requirements. We recommend selling only TikTok-eligible products.

Note

Orders not shipped within 7 business days will be automatically canceled by TikTok, with a refund issued to the customer. The day an order is placed is not factored into the handling time calculations.

If you have previously created products using ineligible items, you’ll see a “Potential delay” label next to these products in your Printify account. We strongly recommend switching these products to a recommended alternative, if available, or reconsidering them entirely.
