Which products are suitable for TikTok Shop US?

TikTok Shop US requires fast production and shipping, while Printify’s print-on-demand timelines can vary by product and Print Provider. Additionally, starting January 1, 2026, TikTok Shop US introduced new requirements for sellers using Seller Shipping, the recommended fulfillment option for Printify merchants.

As a result, not all Printify products are suitable for TikTok Shop US. Read on to learn how to ensure you sell only eligible products.

To find products suitable for TikTok Shop US

In the Printify Catalog, select a product subcategory you wish to browse, such as women’s sweatshirts.
Toggle the TikTok eligible only option to display products and variants that meet eligibility requirements.
Select a product and Print Provider from the available options, then continue with the usual steps to add your design.

Note

The toggle becomes visible only after a TikTok store has been connected. When the toggle is enabled, the setting automatically transfers to the Product Creator, displaying only TikTok-eligible variants there.

What happens if I choose a product that is not eligible for TikTok Shop?

Selling TikTok-ineligible products can cause the following issues due to TikTok’s requirements:

Failed orders: TikTok’s Seller Shipping allows only specific carriers. If a product is assigned to an ineligible carrier, the order will not proceed to production.
Service Level Agreement (SLA) violations: Ineligible products may delay fulfillment or delivery beyond TikTok’s required timeframes, resulting in violation points. While points expire after 90 days, repeated violations can lead to permanent shop closure.
Cancelled orders: Orders not shipped within 7 business days are automatically canceled, and customers are refunded.

Ineligible products in your Printify account are marked with a “Potential delay” label. To address this, switch to recommended alternatives or reconsider these items. To see all products with this label, just choose the Requires action filter under My Products, and then select the Potential delay filter:

Tip

If a customer orders both eligible and ineligible products, the order will follow standard delivery times, which may exceed TikTok Shop’s requirements. To avoid issues, sell only TikTok-eligible products.

Due to the new 2026 requirements, some previously eligible products have been temporarily removed from our TikTok-eligible catalog. We recommend removing these products from your store while our team works to restore compliance:
