How can I fulfill orders for existing listings with products from the Early Access Catalog?
If you want to fulfill orders for existing store listings using products from the Early Access Catalog, you'll need to manually import those orders into Printify. This allows you to connect your current products to our latest offerings before they are fully integrated. Follow these steps to navigate your dashboard and successfully link your designs to your orders.
Step 1: Navigate to the Other orders tab
Start by navigating to Orders → Other orders and selecting the order you wish to import.
Step 2: Select the product
Next, click Select product. Then, choose Catalog, followed by Early Access, and select the product you’re interested in.
If you want to keep this product variant linked for future use, tick the box next to “Automatically import orders with this product variant”.
Step 3: Add the design and import the order
Add the design to your product. Once you’re satisfied with your design placement, click Save product, followed by Import order.
That’s it. From here, your order will then proceed to production based on your order approval settings.
