How can I create a shipping discount in my Pop-Up Store?

Boost your sales and delight your customers with our new feature: shipping discounts! Now, you can easily offer more attractive shipping deals in your Pop-Up store, increasing both conversion rates and customer satisfaction. Start offering shipping discounts and watch your sales grow.

A shipping discount allows you to offer reduced shipping rates to your customers at checkout. These reduced rates (free or discounted shipping, depending on your discount) will be covered by your product’s profit margin if it exceeds the discount.

Note

The shipping discount will only lower the cost for the customer. Since shipping still needs to be covered, the discount will be deducted from your product profit margin if it exceeds the discount. Ensure you price your products accordingly.

Step 1: Navigate to Promotions

Navigate to the Promotions section in your Printify Pop-Up store dashboard. Click on Create promotion and choose “Shipping discount”.

Step 2: Choose the shipping discount specifications

When creating a shipping discount, you will need to specify the following:

Start and end dates
Maximum discount covered per item
Promotion title (visible only to you)

Step 3: Activate your promotion

Finally, click Confirm and publish to activate your promotion. The shipping discount is now set up and will automatically apply to all eligible products in your store.
