How do I upload custom mockups for a product?

Upload custom mockups directly within the Printify Mockup Library. This streamlines the product update process, allowing you to upload mockups created using tools like Placeit, mockups purchased online, or even product photoshoots.

Supported file types include JPG, PNG, and SVG, with a maximum resolution of 30,000×30,000 px.

Note
Ensure the product displayed in your custom mockups closely matches the actual Printify product. The same content guidelines for print designs also apply to mockups.

To upload a custom mockup for a product

  1. In your Printify account, go to My products.
  2. Click on a product to open its details.
  3. Click on Mockup Library in the upper-right corner.
  4. Select Upload from the left-side menu and choose a file.
  5. Adjust the order of the images if necessary.
  6. Click Save selection.
  7. Finally, publish the product to your store, making sure the Mockups option is checked.
