How do I complete Stripe verification for my Pop-Up store?
To start receiving earnings from your Pop-Up store, you’ll need to complete the Stripe verification process. This step is essential to enable bank transfer payouts directly to your account.
Step 1: Start the verification
- To get started, navigate to the Verification tab in your Printify account.
- If the link doesn't work, select your Pop-Up store and go to Store settings → Verification.
- Next, click Add information.
- Enter your phone number and email address, then verify your phone number via the confirmation code sent to you.
Step 2: Choose your business type and provide information
Next, select your Business type and complete the form with the necessary details.
Here’s the information that you will need to provide to get verified, based on your business type:
For individuals:
- Bank account information
- Name, date of birth, address, email, phone number, tax information (SSN)
For non-profit organizations:
- Bank account information
- Company name, address, phone number, tax ID
- Representative name, date of birth, address, email, phone number, tax information (SSN), job title
For companies:
- Business structure (e.g. sole proprietorship, single-member LLC, etc.)
- Bank account information
- Legal business name, address, phone number, tax ID
- Representative name, date of birth, address, email, phone number, tax information, job title
- Owner name, email address
The business address you provide on Stripe will appear on customer invoices. This applies to all business types, including individuals, non-profit organizations, and companies. The business address cannot be a PO box, it must be a physical address.
Step 3: Submit your completed form
Finally, submit your completed form to finalize your Stripe verification.

No, it’s not possible to use an existing business account, a new Stripe account will always be created during the verification flow. This is due to the specifics of our business needs.

Stripe provides valuable information in the error messages. Check the specific error and if the information provided is accurate, verify it by comparing it to a government-issued ID document.
How can I change the business type on Stripe?
This is not possible to do from the Dashboard, if you need to change your business type please reach out to our Support team.

Please check if your browser settings allow pop-up windows, instructions for Google Chrome. If this doesn't help, try clearing the cache and cookies of your browser, or trying the verification from another browser or device.
