How do I create Product Collections with Pop-Up Store Builder?
Product Collections let you group specific products together and display them in different sections of your Pop-Up Store. This feature gives you more control over how products are organized and presented, making it easier to highlight seasonal items, bestsellers, or themed selections.

What are Product Collections
Product Collections allow you to:
- group products by theme, category, campaign, or season
- highlight selected products on specific pages
- control the order in which products appear within a group
- add the same product to multiple collections
Here’s an example collection named “City mood”:
Where to find Collections
To access Collections:
- Go to your Dashboard.
- Open My Products.
- Select Collections from the sidebar menu.
From this page, you can:
- create new collections
- open and edit existing collections
- delete collections
Creating a new collection
To create a collection:
- Go to My Products → Collections.
- Click New collection +.
- Enter a name for your collection.
- Save your changes.
Once created, the new collection will appear in your Collections page.
Adding products to a collection
Only published and visible products will be available for adding to a collection. You can add products to a collection in two ways.
Option 1: From inside the collection
- Open the collection.
- Click Add products.
- Select the products you want to include.
- Confirm your selection.
- Click Publish collection to save the changes.
Option 2: From My Products page (bulk adding)
You can also add multiple products at once:
- Go to My Products.
- Select products using the checkboxes.
- Click Add to collection.
- Choose one or multiple existing collections.
- Confirm your selection.
- Go back to the collection, and click Publish collection to save the changes.
This option is useful when organizing large product catalogs.
Making collections visible in your store
Publishing a collection makes it available in the Store Builder, but it does not automatically display it in your store.
To show a collection to your customers:
- Open the Store Builder.
- Go to the page where you want to display the collection.
- Add a Product collection section.
- Select the collection you created.
- Save and publish your store changes.
After completing these steps, the collection will be visible to store visitors.
When you publish a collection for the first time, you may see a reminder prompting you to add it to your store layout in the Store Builder.
Editing a collection
To edit an existing collection:
- Go to My Products → Collections.
- Click the Edit icon next to the collection you want to update.
From the edit view, you can:
- rename the collection (click Collection details)
- add or remove products
- rearrange product order
Reordering products
You can change the product order within a collection by:
- dragging and dropping products into a new position
- clicking the three-dot menu next to the product and using Send to top or Send to bottom buttons
The order you set here determines how products appear when the collection is displayed in your store.
Deleting a collection
To delete a collection:
- Go to My Products → Collections.
- Select a collection and click Delete, or click the Trash icon on the right side.
Deleting a collection does not delete the products themselves — it only removes the grouping.
