How can I report an issue with my order?
- Log in to your Printify account and navigate to the Orders tab.
- In the Printify orders tab, find the specific order that has the issue and click on it to open order details. Then click on Submit issue below the affected product.
- Next, select the type of issue, and proceed to upload a photo of the product, if required.
Our team will get back to you as soon as possible. You will receive a response to your email, as well as in My Requests.
Please note that any issue with your order must be reported within 30 days of product delivery.
