How can I report an issue with my order?
1. Log in to your Printify account and navigate to the “Orders” tab.
2. In the “My Orders” panel, find the specific order that has the issue and click on it to open order details. Then click on “Submit Issue” below the affected product.
3. Next, select the type of issue, and proceed to upload a photo of the product, if required.
Our team will get back to you as soon as possible. You will receive a response to your email, as well as in “My Requests”.
Please note that any issue with your order must be reported within 30 days of product delivery.
