How do I withdraw funds from my Printify Balance?
Printify Balance is a wallet feature used to manage funds for order fulfillment costs. You can top it up using personal funds or receive internal credits (refunds, promotions).
The balance is used primarily to cover order production and shipping; if the funds in your balance are insufficient, the remaining amount is charged to your linked payment method (debit/credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Using Printify Balance helps prevent delays, avoid potential transaction fees, and reduce bookkeeping time. In this article, you can learn about:

What is a multi-currency Balance?
Multi-currency Printify Balance is currently in testing and may not be available for all accounts yet.
Multi-currency Balance allows you to top up your Printify Balance in both USD and AUD.
If you have funds in your Printify Balance when you decide to switch to a different billing currency (for example, changing your currency from USD to AUD), the funds in your Printify Balance won’t be used for submitting orders automatically. We'll use your billing currency balance instead of your linked card/payment method.
How to withdraw funds from Printify Balance?
You can withdraw available funds from your Printify Balance by submitting a withdrawal request.
Before you withdraw, keep in mind:
- Withdrawals can only be returned to the original payment source (e.g., the same card or PayPal you used to add funds).
- The minimum withdrawal amount is USD 5 / AUD 5.
- Payoneer top-ups cannot be withdrawn.
To request a withdrawal:
- In your Printify account, go to Wallet → Payments.
- Under Printify Balance, click More options → Withdraw balance.
- Enter the withdrawal amount and click Confirm withdrawal.
You’ll see the request appear in your Transactions tab.
Withdrawing after a currency change
Once you change your billing currency, it will disable your USD or AUD balance. If you’ve switched to CAD, EUR, or GBP, you’ll need to switch back to USD or AUD (if available on your account) to withdraw any remaining funds.
If you have changed your billing currency to withdraw any leftover funds:
- Temporarily switch your billing currency back to the currency you have funds in.
- Follow the withdrawal steps above.
Withdrawal processing time
- It may take up to 2 business days for the withdrawal request to be approved by Printify.
- If the balance was originally topped up using a card, it may take up to 10 business days for the bank to process the withdrawal.
- Once processed, the funds will appear in your account.
