How can I cancel the Printify Premium plan subscription?

You can cancel your Printify Premium subscription anytime from Wallet → Payments — the steps depend on whether you subscribed directly on Printify or through Shopify.

Note

You must unsubscribe before the renewal date to avoid charges for the following month or year, as Printify Premium plans are non-refundable.

If you subscribed to Printify Premium on Printify

Go to Wallet → Payments.
Scroll down to Printify Premium.
Click Switch to Free for monthly subscriptions or Cancel subscription for yearly subscriptions.

You’ll see the date your subscription will switch to the Free plan. Your Premium benefits remain active until that date.

If the cancellation option is no longer available, your subscription has already been canceled, and you won’t be charged again for Premium.

If you subscribed to Printify Premium via Shopify

Your Premium plan subscription is automatically canceled if:

You uninstall the Printify app.
Your Shopify store has been deleted or suspended.
Your Shopify plan expires.

You can continue using your account on the Printify website, but your Premium subscription will be canceled. If you decide to resubscribe later, you can resume your subscription, upgrade, or switch plans through the Printify app in Shopify.

Note

If you pay for your subscription through Shopify, you’ll need to approve any plan changes in Shopify. Shopify calculates any charges or credits for the remaining time on your plan, as well as applicable taxes. Prices shown in the Printify app do not include tax.

If you’d like to delete your account permanently, please make sure to cancel your subscription first to avoid any further charges.
