How can I delete my Printify account?

We’re sorry to see you go! It’s worth mentioning that a free Printify account does not cost anything, so you may consider keeping it if you think you might change your mind later.

Before you delete your account

Please ensure you’ve completed the following steps before deleting your account:

Disconnect all sales channels from your account
Cancel your Printify Premium subscription
Withdraw any remaining account balance
Remove your registered credit card

Note

Deleting your account is an irreversible process. Once completed, we will no longer be able to access your account, retrieve stored artwork, or pull invoices/records from our system. You remain responsible for any pending orders or charges. Only the account owner can complete deletion; Printify’s Support Team cannot delete accounts on your behalf.

Steps to delete your account

In your Printify account, navigate to Account → Settings.
Scroll down to My personal data, and click Delete my data.
As the final step of the process, you’ll receive an email to the email address that is associated with your Printify account asking for confirmation. Click Delete my data in the email to permanently delete your account.

What happens after deletion?

After clicking the final "Delete" button in the confirmation email, you will no longer be a member of Printify. Your data will not be deleted until all pending orders or payments have been successfully processed.

The following data will be permanently removed:

Name, address, and email address.
IP address and conversation history.
Order history, invoices, and payment information.
All submitted content and artwork.

While you will lose access immediately, full deletion may take up to 30 days as data is cleared. Printify will notify all Print Providers to delete your data from their systems and will do the same for all internal backups.
