Why doesn’t my order show up in Printify?
If you've received an order on your sales channel but don’t see it in your Printify dashboard, this article covers the most common reasons and how to resolve them. Follow the steps below to find out why your order may not be importing as expected.
In this article:
- Expected order sync timeframe
- Required order status for import
- Orders containing unsynced products
- Integration-specific troubleshooting
Expected order sync timeframe
The time it takes for an order to appear in Printify depends on your connected sales channel. In some cases, you may simply need to wait a bit longer for the order to sync.
- TikTok Shop US: Orders can take up to 2 hours to sync with Printify.
- Etsy: Printify syncs Etsy orders dynamically based on your store’s activity. Stores with frequent sales sync more often, while less active stores may sync less frequently. If your store has been inactive for a while, you may need to manually trigger a sync. Learn how to do that here.
These sales channels may take up to 24 hours to sync orders:
- Shopify
- eBay
- WooCommerce
- Wix
- PrestaShop
- BigCommerce
- Squarespace
- Amazon US
- Printify API
Required order status for import
Check your order's status in your store to ensure it matches the ones listed below. If your store platform allows it, you can try manually changing the order status to import it.
Order statuses that will import to Printify:
- Shopify: Paid/Partially paid
- Etsy: Paid
- eBay US: Paid
- WooCommerce: Processing
- Wix: Paid
- PrestaShop: any status
- BigCommerce: Awaiting Fulfillment
- Squarespace: Paid (test orders are not imported)
- TikTok Shop US: Paid* (imported only after the buyer remorse window ends, about 30 min)
- Amazon US: Unshipped
Orders containing unsynced products
All orders that you receive in your store should show up in your Printify account. Orders with products that are not linked to Printify will show up in your Other orders tab and can be manually imported. Make sure to click on the Other orders tab to check if the missing order is there:

Etsy: Expired Etsy store connection
Your Etsy store connection will expire if you’ve changed your Etsy account password. To re-establish your store connection to Printify, click Reconnect, and you’ll be directed to log in to your Etsy account. Any previously published products won’t be affected in any way.
WooCommerce
A plugin might have deleted the Printify webhook on the WooCommerce side.
- To create a new webhook, go to WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → Webhooks.
- Select Add webhook. The Webhook data form will appear.
- The webhook should contain the following information:
Name: Printify order
Delivery URL: https://api-prod.printify.com/v1/callbacks/woo/orders/created/{Printify shop ID}
Topic: Action
Action event: woocommerce_order_status_processing
