How can I edit my account details?
You can easily manage and update your account details right from the Dashboard. Keeping your information up to date ensures smooth order processing, accurate invoices, and proper notifications.
Edit details in My account
To manage your account details, navigate to Account → My account. Here, you will see your current account details and be able to update anything if necessary.
In My account, you can edit:
- Business name (this appears on invoices)
- Contact details (also shown on invoices)
- Address (will be automatically suggested for sample orders)
Note
Updating your business name or contact details will only affect future orders and invoices. Changes won’t apply to previously placed orders.
Edit details in Settings
For more options, go to Account → Settings. Here you can:
- Adjust standards and formats (choose the measurement system for your account and product listings)
- Manage invoice frequency (per order or monthly)
- Enable or disable AI listing optimization
- Change login details (update your email address and/or password)
- Permanently delete your account under My personal data
Note
The option to disable marketing emails is not in this section anymore. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails by clicking Unsubscribe at the bottom of the email you received.
