How can I connect my BigCommerce store?

BigCommerce is a leading eCommerce platform in the print-on-demand industry, known for its stability and secure environment. By linking BigCommerce with Printify, you can seamlessly manage your products and sync orders. This guide covers the two ways to integrate your accounts: installing the Printify app via the BigCommerce control panel or connecting directly through your Printify dashboard.

Step 1: Install the Printify app

From your BigCommerce dashboard, navigate to the BigCommerce app marketplace. Locate the Printify app and click Get this app. You will then be prompted to log in to your BigCommerce store. Next, click Install to proceed. Note that you’ll need to be logged in to your Printify account for this step.

Step 2: Name your store

Next, you’ll be prompted to name your store.

That’s it – your BigCommerce store has been successfully connected! You can access Printify from within your BigCommerce dashboard or through printify.com. Before you start selling, be sure to set up shipping as well.

Step 1: Select BigCommerce from the integrations menu

If it’s your first store: click on the drop-down menu located on the left side menu or the top left menu, choose Manage my stores. Click on Connect and select the BigCommerce option.
If you’re adding a new store: select Add a new store, and then choose the BigCommerce option.

Step 2: Log in to BigCommerce

Next, you’ll need to log in to your BigCommerce account or create one if you don’t have one yet. Then click Confirm to proceed.

Step 3: Name your store

For the final step of the integration, enter your store name and click Continue.

All set! Your BigCommerce store has been successfully connected. Before you begin selling, be sure to set up shipping as well.

One thing to keep in mind when publishing your products to BigCommerce is that you must select at least one BigCommerce collection (category) before you can publish the product. Here’s where you can do that:
