Connecting from BigCommerce

Step 1: Install the Printify app

From your BigCommerce dashboard, navigate to the BigCommerce app marketplace. Locate the Printify app and click Get this app. You will then be prompted to log in to your BigCommerce store. Next, click Install to proceed. Note that you’ll need to be logged in to your Printify account for this step.

Step 2: Name your store

Next, you’ll be prompted to name your store.

That’s it – your BigCommerce store has been successfully connected! You can access Printify from within your BigCommerce dashboard or through printify.com. Before you start selling, be sure to set up shipping as well.

Step 1: Select BigCommerce from the integrations menu

If you don’t have an account yet, create one with us or log in to your Printify account. Then, navigate to the drop-down menu in the upper-left corner and select Manage my stores. Click on Connect, and from the options, choose the BigCommerce option. If you’re adding another store to your Printify account, select Add a new store.

Step 2: Log in to BigCommerce

Next, you’ll need to log in to your BigCommerce account or create one if you don’t have one yet.

Step 3: Name your store

For the final step of the integration, enter your store name and click Continue.

All set! Your BigCommerce store has been successfully connected. Before you begin selling, be sure to set up shipping as well.

One thing to keep in mind when publishing your products to BigCommerce is that you must select at least one BigCommerce collection (category) before you can publish the product. Here’s where you can do that:
