How does Printify’s Premium plan work?
Printify Premium is a monthly or yearly subscription that gives you access to exclusive benefits, including up to 20% off most products in our Catalog, the ability to connect more stores, AI mockup credits, and more.
You can switch your Premium subscription from monthly to yearly billing, or vice versa, at any time. With yearly billing, you’ll save up to 36% compared to paying monthly. Your exact savings will appear before you confirm the upgrade.

Subscribing to the Premium plan
Go to Wallet → Payments.
Scroll down to Printify Premium.
Click the Subscribe button.
Choose a monthly or yearly Premium plan.
Click Get started.
Choose a payment method, then click Subscribe.
When you subscribe, the subscription fee will be charged immediately from your chosen payment method. The charges will automatically renew on the same date each month or year. You can change or cancel your subscription at any time.
Upgrading your Premium plan
To upgrade to the yearly Premium subscription, follow these steps:
Go to Wallet → Payments.
Scroll down to Printify Premium.
Click Upgrade to yearly plan and confirm the change.
Your yearly plan starts immediately, and any unused time on your monthly plan is credited toward the cost.
Downgrading your Premium plan
To downgrade to the monthly Premium subscription, follow these steps:
Go to Wallet → Payments.
Scroll down to Printify Premium.
Click Switch to monthly and confirm the change.
Your yearly plan and its benefits remain active until the renewal date shown. On that date, your subscription switches to monthly billing, and you’ll be charged the monthly price.
If you change your mind before the switch takes effect, click Cancel downgrade. Your yearly subscription will continue and renew on its original schedule.
FAQs
Can I change my subscription’s billing currency?
If you’re currently paying in USD, you can change your billing currency by canceling your subscription, selecting your preferred currency, and resubscribing.
Can I change my subscription’s payment method?
Yes. Go to Wallet → Payments → Payment details to select your preferred payment method. We’ll use this method for recurring Premium payments unless you change it.
What happens if my subscription payment fails?
If your preferred payment method fails, we’ll try your secondary method—either your Printify Balance or connected card. If that also fails, we’ll make three more payment attempts. If all attempts fail, your Printify Premium subscription will be canceled automatically.
Why don’t I see the discounted prices?
Before subscribing, you can preview both standard and Premium prices. Once you subscribe, Premium discounts are applied automatically throughout the Catalog. The prices you see already include your discount.
Does uninstalling the Printify app cancel my Premium subscription?
Uninstalling the Printify app from Shopify automatically cancels your Premium subscription. However, uninstalling it from any other sales channel does not. You’ll need to cancel your subscription before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next month or year.
