What are Printify’s shipping options?
All sales channels will have the standard (flat rate) shipping option available. Here you can see our standard shipping rates, as well as the delivery times.
In addition to standard shipping, the express shipping option is available in the following cases:
For Shopify stores (only if using the Printify Shipping Calculator)
For WooCommerce stores
For manual orders submitted from your Printify account
It should be pointed out that the express shipping option will appear only if the chosen print provider offers it.
As for all other sales channels – Etsy, eBay, PrestaShop, BigCommerce, Wix, Squarespace – existing orders that have been imported from your sales channel into Printify can be upgraded for an additional charge, if the chosen print provider offers it (see the information below).

Please note that due to technical setup limitations, orders from the following print providers need to be submitted initially as express orders. It won’t be possible to upgrade the shipping method once the order is already in production.

How do I request a shipping upgrade?
Click on the order you want to upgrade, followed by “Upgrade shipping” – our Support team will get back to you with further details.
If the order hasn’t been sent to production yet, click “Edit order” and select a different delivery option:
Express shipping timeframes
- Domestic express shipping: 2-3 business days.
- International express shipping: 3-5 business days.
As soon as the tracking information becomes available, it will automatically update in your sales channel and the customer will receive an email with the tracking number (if applicable).
If you are submitting a manual order, you have the option of sending your customers an email as soon as tracking information is available in Printify.
