What is Express Delivery, and how does it work?
Printify Express Delivery is a fulfillment option that offers production and delivery in just 2-3 working days for a small additional cost. With Express Delivery, you can expand your seasonal selling opportunities and cater to last-minute shoppers, as orders are printed and delivered within just 2-3 working days.
Express orders at Printify go through a dedicated production process, which means they have a dedicated order flow to ensure speed without any sacrifice in print quality. To ensure delivery within 2-3 working days, the Printify platform automatically selects the best-placed provider for each order while maintaining the price of the product you originally selected, even if it costs more at the better-placed Print Provider.
Printify Express Delivery is currently available for two of our most popular t-shirts in the most popular color options. Express Delivery is available for merchants selling on Etsy, Shopify, and Printify Pop-Up Store, as well as for ordering manually.
Which products have the Express Delivery option?
Express Delivery is offered for Bella+Canvas 3001 and Gildan 5000 t-shirts with front prints, two of our most popular products, in best-selling colors:
- Bella+Canvas 3001, sizes S-3XL:
- Black, White, Navy, Dark Grey Heather, Athletic Heather
- Gildan 5000, sizes S-3XL:
- Black, White, Navy, Sport Grey

How much does Printify Express Delivery cost?
Express Delivery is available for just USD 7.99 – a maximum of USD 3.24 extra compared to standard shipping (+ USD 2.40 for each additional item). You will see both the standard shipping and Express Delivery costs when selecting your product variants in the Product details page.
When you choose Express Delivery for your products, your orders will be directed to the Print Provider best placed to deliver within 2-3 business days. However, you will be charged the price of the product you originally selected, even if it costs more with the better placed Print Provider.
Will my order be fulfilled by the Print Provider I selected?
When you set products to use Printify Express Delivery, your orders will be directed to the Print Provider which is best placed to deliver within 2-3 business days. Please note that this will happen independently of your Order Routing settings.
Will my Express Delivery orders go into production based on the order approval settings I’ve set?
To ensure fast delivery, products using Express Delivery will be sent for production as soon as an order is received, regardless of the chosen order approval settings. If you are selling personalized products, orders will need to be submitted manually.
Will the print size remain the same even if my Express Delivery order is routed to another Print Provider?
Currently, we are still working on standardizing print sizes for all Express Delivery orders. In cases where this is not possible, we do make minor automatic adjustments, printing up to 1 inch smaller in width and length.
We’re constantly working to perfect this process so that your customers get a great print every time.
Can an order include regular products along with Express Delivery products?
In the case of manual orders placed in your Printify account, it’s possible that the products use different shipping methods. Products ordered with Express Delivery will be shipped separately from those with standard delivery. Please note that due to the use of multiple shipping methods, the order will be divided into separate orders in Printify.
However, if both Express-supported and non-supported products are added to the shopping cart in the sales channel, only standard shipping will be displayed.
Is there a guarantee that Express delivery orders will be fulfilled and delivered within 2-3 business days?
Printify Express Delivery is not a guarantee of delivery within 2-3 working days. Printify Express Delivery orders are given their own dedicated production line and benefit from expedited production and faster shipping. The aim is to get orders to your customers ahead of the stated cutoff times, but this is not a guarantee, as such we don’t offer refunds for orders that don’t make it within 2-3 working days.
Can I opt out of using Express Delivery after enabling it?
Yes, you can deactivate this delivery option by choosing the relevant products and clicking Edit Shipping. Then, disable Express Delivery, confirm the changes, and publish them to your store.
If previously set up, make sure to review your product details (title, description, mockup) for any references to Express Delivery that need to be removed.
