What are the personalized order submission settings?
Personalized orders are handled differently from regular orders, based on the personalized order submission rules you set in your store settings. During order review, you can choose to not submit the order immediately and let it go to production after the chosen timeframe.
Manual submission
Personalized orders stay on hold until you review the customization details and manually submit the order to production.
Automatic submission
Personalized orders can be submitted automatically after they’re approved by you and/or the buyer.
You can choose one of the following options:
- Submit automatically after 1 hour
- Submit automatically after 24 hours
- Submit automatically at a specific time each day
Buyer-approved personalization
If enabled, orders where buyers approve their personalization via live preview don’t require your manual review and will be submitted according to your automatic submission rules. Live preview is available for products with automated personalization published to Pop-Up Store and Shopify.
Imported orders
Personalized orders imported from Other orders tab can skip the review step and be automatically marked as approved by you.
