How can I contact the Printify Support Team?
You can reach us 24/7 through our live chat or our contact form. Whether you have a question about your account or a specific order, our team is here to provide quick, efficient answers so you can get back to running your eCommerce business.
Here’s how the two options work:
Use the 24/7 chat
To start a conversation with Richie, our virtual agent, simply click the chat icon located on the left side of the screen and type your message. If you want, you can ask to talk to one of our support agents anytime during the chat.
To access all of your past chat conversations, go to My requests, located on the left side menu or the right side top menu.
Contact form
You can also submit an inquiry to us using the contact form. The form helps us get the whole picture of what’s giving you a problem and resolve your issue much faster than before.
Once you fill it in, we’ll get back to you by email, and you’ll also see our reply under My requests.
To easily identify the order and product associated with each request, you can customize the My requests page by adding columns like “Order ID”, “Orders”, and/or “SKU”:
If your account is associated with multiple email addresses, you can locate requests in which you’ve been added as a CC recipient within the “Requests I am CC’d on” tab.
Need to report a problem with an order?
Speed up the resolution process by reporting the issue directly from the affected order. Open the order details in your Printify account and select Submit issue.
