How can I export my order information?
Our Order Export CSV feature allows you to keep track of your sales data by exporting your monthly Printify orders to a CSV file. This can be useful for accounting purposes as well as analytics, such as identifying your best-selling products and understanding sales trends.
To export your order information
- In the Orders tab of your Printify account, press the CSV Import/Export button and select the Export as CSV file option.
- Select the time period that you’re interested in (current/previous month, or both).
- Click Export CSV.
When the CSV file is ready you'll receive a notification in Printify. Click on the notification and you'll be directed to a direct download page.
The Export Order CSV file contains the following order information:
- Printify order ID
- Order status (at the time of exporting)
- Order timestamps (date created, sent to production, etc.)
- Sales channel order ID
- Sales channel number
- Store name
- Order type (external/manual)
- Product cost
- Shipping cost

“Ship to” address
- Order tracking number
- Tracking link
- Shipping carrier
- VAT/Tax costs
- Total cost
- Order currency
If you need a CSV file for a different time period that’s not available in the default options, feel free to contact our Support team.
Note
In accordance with our data retention policy, the customer shipping address is only available for 30 days after the order was delivered or canceled.
