Why have my old orders disappeared?
Starting from October 2022, your Printify account will only display orders submitted in the past 18 months.
Orders older than 18 months won’t be visible in your account; however, the order information will still be stored in our system and available upon request.
To request this information, please contact our Merchant Support team, indicating the time period that you are interested in (order data will be provided in .csv format).
As per our data retention policy, the customer name and address (Personally Identifiable Information, or PII) is only stored for 30 days after the order was delivered or canceled, so this information will not be available in the requested data.
