How can I create and publish products to TikTok Shop US?

Create and publish products on TikTok Shop US in just a few simple steps. Keep in mind, however, that TikTok Shop US requires all orders to be shipped within 3 business days of order creation. To meet this requirement, ensure that you choose only TikTok-eligible products.

Step 1: Choose a TikTok-eligible product

Start by selecting a product from our TikTok Ready catalog, which features items typically fulfilled within TikTok's 3-business day requirement. Alternatively, you can browse our Catalog subcategories as usual and activate the TikTok eligibility toggle at the top of the page to show only TikTok-eligible products.

Note

Only products and product variants that meet TikTok's fulfillment requirements should be sold to avoid violation points and potential shop closure. Certain product categories, like children’s toys or electronic products, require obtaining necessary approvals before listing on TikTok.

Step 2: Design your product

Add your design to the product and select the color variants. Once you’re happy with it, click Save product to proceed to the next step.

Step 3: Choose mockups for your listing

Next, select the mockups you want for your product by clicking on them in the Mockup Library. If you’ve reached the maximum number of mockups allowed, you’ll need to remove some of the selected ones before adding new ones.

Note

The mockups will be added in the order you select them, with the first selected mockup becoming the title mockup of the product.

Step 4: Adjust product details and publish your product

Finally, adjust other product details such as title, description, and price. Before publishing the product, select the following options under Shipping:

Warehouse: Choose the warehouse you created.
Delivery service: Select the Standard shipping option as shown below.

Tip

The TikTok Shop US return policy covers all items, including POD products. Occasionally, customers may make use of this policy to return non-faulty items, impacting your profit margin calculations. With this in mind, we recommend that you carefully review your TikTok Shop US product pricing to prevent it from affecting your profit margins.

As the next step, make your products available for sale by activating them in TikTok.

Note

If you later adjust your Printify products directly on TikTok, you might see a prompt about California Proposition 65 compliance. Since Printify products do not contain the listed chemicals, select “No“ to indicate they don’t require a warning.
