How can I track the quality of my products?
Use the “Quality” dashboard to track the overall quality of your products. This dashboard compiles information about quality issues reported by your customers, allowing you to assess your reprint rate and compare the quality of different Print Providers.
Note
If the Product issues table is empty, it means that there are no reported quality issues within the selected time period.
Apply filters for a more detailed look into product quality, and take proactive measures when identifying any underperforming areas.

If you find that the quality of a particular product is a cause for concern, you may want to explore the option of replacing your current Print Provider with a different one.
