TikTok Shop Fulfillment Policy Update
TikTok recently announced a change to its fulfillment policy for TikTok Shop. The dispatch SLA for US-based sellers will change to two (2) business days starting on May 20, 2024. Until now, TikTok Shop’s dispatch SLA was three (3) days.
At Printify, we constantly monitor and communicate with all our partners, striving to provide you with the best solutions so you can sell as much as possible. Here’s what you should know about how these changes affect your store:
- The items in the dedicated TikTok Shop catalog remain compliant with the policy updates. We have made sure to enhance our fulfillment and shipping processes to align with TikTok’s standards. The result is that selling items in this section of the catalog significantly reduces the risk of store suspensions.
- We have enabled Order Routing by default for all TikTok Shop stores connected to Printify to ensure all eligible orders are routed to a Print Provider that offers the fastest possible fulfillment. Please adjust your Order Routing settings based on your needs and requirements, and we will do the rest.
- We’re also making additional improvements to our fulfillment processes. We’ll keep you updated on any developments as they go live.
As a precautionary measure, we also encourage you to pay extra attention to the health of your store. If you notice delays with any of your listings, we recommend temporarily pausing those items and exploring new products available in the TikTok Shop catalog. And of course, please let us know that you’ve encountered difficulty so we can work to get fulfillment to where it needs to be.
