How can I create a product discount in my Pop-Up Store?
By running a product discount campaign, you can apply a specific percentage discount to all eligible product variants in your Pop-Up Store. The discount is applied to your product’s retail price and calculated separately for each variant (excluding shipping and taxes).

You have the option to start the promotion immediately or schedule it for a later date. Please note that you can only run one product discount campaign at a time.
Step 1: Navigate to Promotions
Navigate to the Promotions section in your Printify Pop-Up store dashboard. Click on Create promotion and choose “Product discount”.
Step 2: Choose the promotion specifications
When creating a promotion, you will need to specify the following:
- Promotion title (visible only to you)
- Start and end dates for your promotion
- The discount percentage you want to offer
During the promotion creation process, we will display products that are not eligible for the product discount. These products are not eligible because your discount exceeds your profit margin.
Here are your options in this scenario:
- Proceed with the promotion, understanding that some products or variants in your store will be excluded from the promotion (no discount badge).
- Increase the retail price for the ineligible products, refresh the list to confirm no products remain ineligible, then launch the promotion.
- Reduce the discount percentage to ensure all products are eligible.
Step 3: Activate your promotion
Finally, click Confirm and publish to activate your promotion. Your promotion is now set up and will automatically apply the specified discount to all eligible products in your store.
