How do I use a coupon code?

Coupon codes are promotional offers that provide store credit, discounts, free shipping, or a complimentary Premium subscription.

Note
Coupon eligibility criteria can vary based on the campaign. Printify coupons are available only when using the United States Dollar (USD) as your billing currency. If a coupon is applied to an order that is later canceled, it cannot be reused for future orders.

Free Premium subscription coupon

This coupon code grants you access to Printify Premium for a set period of time. You’ll be able to enjoy discounts of up to 20% off product prices, among other Premium benefits. The discounted prices become available immediately. After the promotion expires, you will need to subscribe to continue using the Premium plan.

Note
Premium coupons for new sign-ups can't be used for accounts that have already placed an order.

The Premium subscription coupon code can be entered by navigating to the Rewards Center → Coupons or during the subscription process.

Note
If you’re currently subscribed to the Premium plan and want to use a coupon for a free period, please note that the coupon code can’t be applied while your subscription is active. You’ll need to cancel your subscription first, and the coupon can only be used the day after your current Premium period ends.

How do I apply a coupon to my account for future use?

  1. Log in to your Printify account and navigate to the Rewards Center → Coupons to add a coupon to your account.
  2. When you’re ready to use the coupon, click on it during checkout to apply the discount.

How do I apply a coupon to an imported order?

To apply a coupon to an order imported from your sales channel (when it is in the “On Hold” status), follow these steps:

  1. In your Printify account, click on the order to open its details.
  2. Click Edit order.
  3. Navigate to the final step of the editing process.
  4. Enter your coupon code or click on a previously added coupon to activate it.
  5. Click Submit to send the order to production.

Note
A store credit coupon code must be used to pay for a single order. If the order total exceeds the coupon value, you can cover the difference using your added card (split payment). However, if the order total is less than the coupon value, any unspent amount will be lost.
