How will Printify charge me?
When a customer purchases a product through any integrated sales channel, orders are automatically forwarded to Printify and then to your chosen Print Provider based on your order approval settings. Printify will charge the production price of the product and shipping fees to your linked credit/debit card or Printify balance.
It’s worth noting that any available funds in your Printify balance will always be used first. If these funds don’t cover the total order cost, the remaining amount will be charged to your linked card.
You can find the product prices in the Printify Catalog. Please be aware that different colors and sizes of the same product may have varying prices.
Can Printify directly access funds from my sales channel?
No, Printify does not have the capability to directly access funds from your sales channel. This results in two separate transactions, with the difference being your profit.
Once a customer places an order on your sales platform, you will receive the full retail price. Subsequently, Printify will charge you separately for the production and shipping costs, leaving you with your profit.
If there is an issue with the customer’s order and we issue a refund, please note that you will also need to refund the customer through your sales channel. The refund provided by Printify is sent only to you, the merchant, and not directly to the customer.
