What happens when an order comes in?
When a customer purchases a product in any integrated sales channel, the order is automatically sent to Printify and then to your selected Print Provider according to your order approval settings.

Printify cannot pull funds directly from your sales channel, so when an order comes in to Printify from your sales platform, Printify charges your linked credit card or Printify balance for the production price of the product and shipping charges.

After the payment is received, the order is sent to production.

Once the order is shipped, the tracking will be synced to your sales channel. If you’ve set up automatic shipping notifications for your customers, the tracking number will be forwarded to them automatically.
Note
Printify Pop-Up Store is different from our other sales channel integrations because you won’t be charged for any products. Printify takes care of payment processing, printing, shipping, and customer support while transferring your earnings to your PayPal or bank account.
