How can I create a Multi-Product Listing on Etsy?
Multi-Product Listings let you combine multiple Printify products—such as a t-shirt and a hoodie—into a single Etsy listing at no additional cost.
For this Etsy feature, you can create a Multi-Product Listing from the My Products page on Printify. Customize the listing details and publish it to Etsy as a single listing with variants.

How can I create a Multi-Product Listing on Etsy?
Step 1: Select the products
In My Products, select multiple existing products and combine them into a single listing. The single products can be saved as a draft or published before creating a Multi-Product Listing.
Step 2: Create the Multi-Product Listing
Click the Create Multi-Product Listing button to start combining your products into one listing.
Step 3: Edit your listing details
Update the title and description, add tags and mockups you'd like to show for the listing, and set the pricing for each product.
Mockups, the listing title, description, and tags are all managed directly in the Multi-Product Listing, not in the individual product listings. Pricing for each product is still set on the original product listing and is pulled into the Multi-Product Listing when you republish it.
Step 4: Publish your Multi-Product Listing
After publishing, your listing will appear under the Multi-Product Listing tab, where you can view and edit.
Step 5: Start selling
Buyers will see all your matching products grouped in one listing, making it easier for them to browse and buy more of your products at once.
How do I edit Multi-Product Listings?
Mockups, title, description, and tags
Edit these directly in the Multi-Product Listing, not in the original product listings. Open the Multi-Product Listing, make your changes, and republish it.
Design files and pricing
Edit these on the original product listing first. Then go back to the Multi-Product Listing and republish it so the changes take effect, saving the original as a draft alone won't update the live Etsy listing. If you updated the design file, reselect your mockups in the Multi-Product Listing before republishing.
How do I set up shipping for Multi-Product Listings?
Since a Multi-Product Listing publishes as a single Etsy listing, it can only use one shipping profile — even though it bundles several individual products that may normally carry different profiles.
Keep shipping methods consistent
Etsy uses the shipping methods from the first product in your listing for the whole listing. If another product in the listing doesn't offer those same methods, publishing will fail with a shipping error. To avoid this, make sure all products in the listing have the same shipping methods enabled (Standard, Economy, Express, etc.) before publishing.
If your products have different shipping costs
Since Etsy only allows one shipping profile per listing, you can't charge different shipping rates for different products in the same listing. We recommend including shipping costs into your retail price and turning on free shipping instead. You can check shipping costs on the Shipping Rates page.

FAQs
Can I add products that have different print files?
Yes, different print files can be used, there is no limitation.
Can I create a product bundle where a customer buys one variant that includes two items (e.g., matching mother & baby shirts)?
No, this is not supported with this feature. This can be done only manually.
What should I do if one of the product variants goes out of stock?
Out-of-stock updates don’t sync to Etsy automatically—republish the Multi-Product Listing to reflect availability changes.
What is the difference between Multi-Product Listings, Bundles, and Bulk orders?
Multi-Product Listings offer different product options in one listing, Bundles sell multiple items together, and Bulk sells more units of the same product.
How many products can be combined into one listing?
- A limit of 20 products can be combined into a Multi-Product Listing.
- The total number of variants must not exceed 400.
- There can only be 70 dropdown options (e.g., 70 different colors).
What are the product requirements?
All types of products should be supported, however, you can't add personalizable products or products with the same name.
Is personalization supported?
No, at the moment it's not possible to enable manual or automated personalization for Multi-Product Listings.
I'm getting an error when trying to publish my Multi-Product Listing. What should I do?
First, try republishing after a few minutes. If the error persists, contact Printify support so we can investigate.
