How will Printify charge me?
When a customer purchases a product through any integrated sales channel, orders are automatically forwarded to Printify and then to your chosen Print Provider based on your order approval settings. Printify will charge the production price of the product and shipping fees to your Printify Balance or linked credit/debit card.
Available funds in your Printify Balance are always used first. If they don't cover the full order cost, the remaining amount is charged to your linked card. Printify Balance top-ups are only supported in USD and AUD.
You can find the product prices in the Printify Catalog. Keep in mind that different colors and sizes of the same product may have varying prices, something to factor in when you're pricing your own listings for margin.
Can Printify access funds directly from my sales channel?
No, Printify can't access funds directly from your sales channel. Your order generates two separate transactions, and the difference between them is your profit.
When a customer places an order on your sales channel, the channel collects the retail price and pays your earnings to you, after its own fees, on its payout schedule.
If there is an issue with the customer’s order and we issue a refund, you will also need to refund the customer through your sales channel. The refund provided by Printify is sent only to you, the merchant, and not directly to the customer.
