Setting up your store shipping in accordance with Printify’s shipping rates helps you avoid undercharging (or overcharging) your customer in shipping fees. Depending on the sales channel that you’re using, there may be several options to set up shipping.

Shopify

• The most convenient shipping setup option is to publish the Printify flat rates directly to Shopify. If your store currency is not in United States Dollars (USD), Shopify will automatically convert the shipping rates to your store’s currency.
• If you have an Advanced/Annual Shopify plan or carrier-calculated rates available for your Shopify account, you can enable the Printify Shipping Calculator for Shopify. However, note that the shipping prices are only provided in USD.
• Alternatively, you have the option to set up free shipping. By using this method, you will be charging the customer with the shipping cost already included in the retail price. In Printify, you will still be charged with shipping costs as usual.

WooCommerce

• If the currency settings within your WooCommerce store are currently set to United States Dollars, download and activate the “Printify for WooCommerce” shipping plugin. Then you can publish Printify products to your WooCommerce store, and the applicable shipping rate will be assigned to them automatically.
• If you’re using a different currency for your WooCommerce store, we recommend using free shipping and including the shipping fee in the product price.

Etsy

• If your Etsy account’s currency settings are set to United States Dollars, the applicable shipping rates will be automatically assigned, and you can then choose which shipping methods to enable for your products.
• If you’re using a different currency for your Etsy store, you’ll need to adjust your shipping rates manually via your Etsy account. We recommend using a currency converter to ensure that your shipping rates are in line with the Printify shipping rates.
• You have the option to set up free shipping on Etsy by using the “Free shipping” toggle in Printify, which automatically includes the lowest shipping cost in the retail price.

eBay US

The applicable shipping rates will be automatically assigned to Printify products. Learn more here.
